Thai Union Frozen Products on Monday announced Tin King Chan has resigned as CFO due to “health and personal reasons.”Chan submitted his resignation in early November. The company said it is searching for a permanent replacement and expects to fill the position within the first quarter of 2014.
In the interim, Chan’s immediate subordinates will oversee the functions under his direct supervision with no impact expected to the company’s daily operations.
