Requirements for Inspection and Quarantine of Two-way Dairy Trade between China and Russia are published.General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 44 of 2019 (Announcement on Requirements for Inspection and Quarantine of Two-way Dairy Trade between China and Russia)
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and Russia and the Protocol on Veterinary and Public Health Conditions for Two-way Dairy Trade between China and Russia signed by the competent authorities of the Chinese and Russian governments, China and Russia dairy products which meet the requirements of inspection and quarantine of two-way dairy trade between China and Russia are permitted to trade with each other.
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented from the date of its publication.
