Eurasian Economic Union Wine Products Safety Technical Regulations and Regulations officially approvedAccording to the Eurasian Economic Commission website on December 7, 2018, the Eurasian Economic Commission Council approved the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulations on the Safety of Alcohol Products (TP ЕАЭС 047/2018) in its resolution 98 of December 5, 2018, according to the official website of the General Administration of Customs.
The Regulation stipulates mandatory requirements and conformity assessment procedures for the use and implementation of Eurasian Economic Union member countries related to the safety of alcoholic products and their production, storage, transportation, marketing, recycling, labelling and packaging procedures.
