Pearl Agriculture has started to export Lecithin/Soya Lecithin Powder Feed. With this, the company has recorded exports worth Rs 40 million till date and looking to take it to Rs 1,000 million in the near future. Presently, the company is exporting to countries such as the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, Mauritius, Taiwan, Japan, Turkey, Peru, and Germany. In a press release, the company claims, “Our company believes in widening, deepening and speeding up worldwide interconnectedness in all aspects through its varied plans.”
This approach of the company to expand business through exports is expected to facilitate close integration of countries, national economies and people of the world, brought about by reduction of costs and breaking down of barriers in flow of goods.
Agricultural export constitutes 10 per cent of the country’s exports and is the fourth-largest exported principal commodity. Multiple factors have worked together to facilitate growth in the agriculture sector which includes growth in household income and consumption, expansion in the food processing sector and increase in agricultural exports.
