The European Economic Area (EEA) recently updated their agreement on veterinary and phytosanitary matters, including updates to EU MRL Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. EU MRL amendments apply to Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein once accepted by the EEA.

Effective April 5, 2013, the following EU MRL amendments apply to Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein:

• (EU) No 556/2012 of June 28, 2012
• (EU) No 897/2012 of October 22, 2012
• (EU) No 899/2012 of April 26, 2012
• (EU) No 592/2012 of July 26, 2012

This EEA update includes a large number of MRLs. Relevant changes for Norway and Iceland may take up to a week to appear in www.mrldatabase.com.
