re Chicken and BBQ Beans, Turkey Sausage and Bacon Rigatoni, Chicken and Bacon Ranch Pizza and Meatloaf Sandwich.Nutrisystem food development and quality vice president Sharon Tate said the new items will allow the customers to eat the foods they love while losing weight.
"Our goal is to supply our customers with new and flavorful menu items and to give them choices like pizza, pasta, and sandwiches, which they consider comfort foods," Tate added.
Recently, the company also introduced items such as Sandwich Stuffers, Sloppy Joe, BBQ Seasoned Chicken and Meatballs in Marinara Sauce.
Nutrisystem said that artificial flavors and sweeteners have been removed from all breakfast, lunch and dessert bars, as of May 2014.
