Hormel Foods Corporation announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CytoSport Holdings, Inc., maker of Muscle Milk products.

CytoSport, Inc., the processor of Muscle Milk, is introducing Evolve, a protein shake aimed at women who are interested in sports nutrition products.
