Adams Food Ingredients (AFI has acquired ingredients firm FoodTec UK from Dairy Crest for £1.2m.

Adams Food Ingredients, a subsidiary of the Irish Dairy Board, has acquired FoodTec UK from Dairy Crest for £1.2 million.
